Manufacturer Warranty
Straight from the source. Manufacturer Warranties protect you against defective parts and other hardware problems. Simply contact the manufacturer directly and they will assist you with servicing your computer, according to their terms and conditions. Laptop Broker is happy to assist you in locating manufacturer warranty service information. |

Supercheck® Certified Warranty
The Supercheck® Certified Warranty protects you against defective parts and other hardware problems. Laptop Brokers trained technicians will service your computer in our diagnostic facility and return it to you. This repair and replacement warranty covers computers that are not covered by a Manufacturer Warranty. |
Please note that all warranties will be voided if items are disassembled, tampered with, or serviced by a third party. In the unlikely event that your purchase requires a warranty repair, please follow the instructions below.
All purchases are shipped with an appropriate power adapter, unless otherwise stated. Items may include pre-loaded software, as identified in the item listing, and do not include software on CD's or printed manuals unless otherwise stated.

In order to properly assist any customer requiring Warranty Servicing by Laptop Broker, we ask that the following "Good Customer Guidelines" be observed. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

In the unlikely event that you need to request warranty servicing, please request a RMA number from our RMA Request Center. Please note that in order to ensure products are properly identified, an RMA number is required for all items and shipments without an RMA number will be refused. |

Once you receive your RMA approval, please repack your item securely in its original packing, which is specially designed to protect your item during shipping. Be sure to include any accessories or power adapter unless otherwise instructed by a Laptop Broker representative. Please note that your warranty WILL BE VOIDED if your return is not packed in its original box as additional damage may occur during shipment. |

Laptop Broker will arrange a pick up of your item via United Parcel Service. Please have your item securely packed (per instructions above) and ready for a UPS Next Business Day pickup. |

Please note that the Supercheck® Certified Warranty covers all the original hardware for your system. Accordingly, additional hardware or software added after purchase is not covered. As an added precaution, remember to BACKUP ALL YOUR DATA EXTERNALLY before returning your item for servicing. Laptop Broker is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any customer software or data lost during servicing. |
