Manufacturer Warranty
Straight from the source. Manufacturer Warranties protect you against defective parts and other hardware problems. Simply contact the manufacturer directly and they will assist you with servicing your computer, according to their terms and conditions. Laptop Broker is happy to assist you in locating manufacturer warranty service information. |

Supercheck® Certified Warranty
The Supercheck® Certified Warranty protects you against defective parts and other hardware problems. Laptop Brokers trained technicians will service your computer in our diagnostic facility and return it to you. This repair and replacement warranty covers computers that are not covered by a Manufacturer Warranty. Typically, the Supercheck® Certified Warranty is for a 3 month (90 day) period unless stated otherwise. |
Please note that all warranties will be voided if items are disassembled, tampered with, or serviced by a third party. In the unlikely event that your purchase requires a warranty repair, please follow the instructions below.
All purchases are shipped with an appropriate power adapter, unless otherwise stated. Items may include pre-loaded software, as identified in the item listing, and do not include software on CD's or printed manuals unless otherwise stated.

In the unlikely event that you need to request warranty servicing, please request a RMA number from our RMA Request Center. On the RMA web page, your order number and e-mail address used during purchase will be required for authenticative purposes. Please note that in order to ensure products are properly identified, an RMA number is required for all items and shipments without an RMA number will be refused. |

Once you receive your RMA approval, please repack your item securely in its original packing, which is specially designed to protect your item during shipping. Be sure to include any accessories or power adapter unless otherwise instructed by a Laptop Broker representative. Please note that your warranty WILL BE VOIDED if your return is not packed in its original box as additional damage may occur during shipment. |

Please note that the Supercheck® Certified Warranty covers all the original hardware for your system. Accordingly, additional hardware or software added after purchase is not covered. As an added precaution, remember to BACKUP ALL YOUR DATA EXTERNALLY before returning your item for servicing.  "For the warrior community, it is fitting that Military Appreciation Month and Mental Health Awareness Month coincide. Estimates note that more than 300,000 men and women who served in the current conflicts suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). While PTSD and combat and operational stress have been around for generations of warriors, Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) strives to fully understand combat stress from the perspective of an OEF/OIF warrior and help raise awareness amongst the general public.
Laptop Broker will be donating $5 of every laptop order to the WWP to help promote their cause and keep our troops in our memories.
